How long does shipping take?+
Orders are handcrafted to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days. U.S. shipping is free on orders over $75; you’ll receive tracking by email once your piece is on its way.
What materials do you use?+
Our pieces are made with 14k gold-filled and 925 sterling silver, paired with genuine freshwater pearls and natural stones. Gold-filled is far more durable than plating and is made to last with proper care.
How do I care for my pearls?+
Pearls are organic and delicate. Put jewelry on last (after perfume, lotion, and hairspray), avoid water and chemicals, and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Store flat, away from direct sunlight.
What size should I order?+
Necklaces are offered in 15", 16.5", and 18" lengths; bracelets and hand chains in 6.5", 7", and 7.5". If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for an easy, comfortable fit.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?+
We accept returns of unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Custom and personalized pieces (including charm builds) are final sale. Reach out and we’ll make it right.
Can I build a custom piece?+
Yes! Use our Charm Bar to design your own bracelet or necklace — pick a chain, then add charms from our Classic, Luxe, and Premium collections.
Are the pearls real?+
Yes — we use genuine freshwater pearls. Because they’re natural, each pearl varies slightly in size, shape, color, and luster, making every piece one of a kind.
How do I track my order?+
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. You can also view order status anytime from your account.
