Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout via FedEx. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Need your order sooner? We offer expedited shipping options with additional rush fees. Expedited orders are processed the same business day whenever possible.

Returns & Exchanges

All pieces are final sale. We do not offer refunds. We may offer an exchange or store credit, subject to approval, within 14 days of purchase. Custom and personalized pieces (including Charm Bar builds) are final sale.
