All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any items.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We may offer an exchange or store credit, subject to approval, within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Custom and personalized pieces, including Charm Bar builds, are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

How to Request

To request an exchange or store credit, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number. Approval is at our discretion. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out right away and we'll make it right.
